These are all six courses required by TREC (Texas Real Estate Commission) in order to get your Real Estate license.

This is a 6 week, Mondays through Fridays (9:00 AM to 3:00 PM) program. Starting on October 16th, 2023, and ending December 1th, 2023. (School will be out 1 week for thanksgiving break)

Promulgated Contract Forms –— Week 3

Real Estate Finance —Week 4

Principle of Real Estate I  —  Week 5

Principle of Real Estate II — Week 6

Classroom materials such as textbook, notebooks and more will be provided by the school. A certificate will be earned upon completion of each course.
