These are all six courses required by TREC (Texas Real Estate Commission) in order to get your Real Estate license.

This is a 12 week, Mondays through Fridays (12:00 PM to 3:00 PM) program. Starting on January 22nd, 2024 and ending on April 12th, 2024.

Law of Agency  — Week 1 and 2

Law of Contracts — Week 3 and 4

Promulgated Contract Forms— Week 5 and 6

Real Estate Finance — Week 7 and 8

Principle of Real Estate I — Week 9 and 10

Principle of Real Estate II — Week 11 and 12

Classroom materials such as textbook, notebooks and more will be provided by the school. A certificate will be earned upon completion of each course.
