This is a one week, Mondays through Fridays ( 9:00AM to 3:30PM) course. Starting on October 31, 2022 and ending on November 4, 2022. 

This course covers fundamental standards necessary for the basic competence of Real Estate in Texas. You’ll gain a better understanding of what the industry is built upon and how it translates into your position as an agent. You will learn: Licensing as a real estate broker and salesperson, ethics of practice, titles to and conveyance of real estate, legal descriptions, deeds encumbrances and liens, distinctions between personal and real property, appraisal, finance and regulations, closing procedures, real estate mathematics, and instruction on federal, state, and local laws relating to housing discrimination, housing credit discrimination, and community reinvestment, and more!

Class materials such as notebooks, textbooks and more will be provided by the school. A certificate will be earned upon completion of the course.
