These are all six courses required by TREC (Texas Real Estate Commission) in order to get your Real Estate license.

This is a 12 week program, meeting Tuesday and Thursday (6:00 PM to 9:00 PM), & Saturday and Sunday (4:00 PM to 8:30 PM). Starting on February 28th, 2023 and ending on May 23nd, 2023.

Principle of Real Estate I — Week 1 and 2

Principle of Real Estate II — Week 3 and 4

Law of Contracts — Week 5 and 6

Law of Agency —  Week 7 and 8

Promulgated Contract Forms — Week 9 and 10

Real Estate Finance —  Week 11 and 12

Classroom materials such as textbook, notebooks and more will be provided by the school. A certificate will be earned upon completion of each course.
