These are all six courses required by TREC (Texas Real Estate Commission) in order to get your Real Estate license.

This is a 12 week, Mondays through Fridays (3:00 PM to 6:00 PM) program. Starting on February 27th, 2023 and ending May 22nd, 2023.

Principle of Real Estate I — Week 1 & 2

Principle of Real Estate II — Week 3 & 4

Law of Contracts — Week 5 & 6

Law of Agency —  Week 7 & 8

Promulgated Contract Forms — Week 9 & 10 

Real Estate Finance —  Week 11 & 12

Classroom materials such as textbook, notebooks and more will be provided by the school. A certificate will be earned upon completion of each course.
